I am John Copeman (known as JC), the youngest of four children from a working-class family, and I started my professional career in Engineering. I strived for success through hard work and dedication, and yet I experienced; owning a company and losing it (and everything he owned) during recession, bankruptcy, divorce, and for a short while (just once) even my enthusiasm.

I continued to try different business ventures, but always fell short in my attempt to 'succeed' until at last I finally learned and understood the truth that changed every single part of my life forever...

Success isn't where you think; it's HOW you think.

With this new understanding, I reviewed everything in my life; my successes, my failures, my hopes, my dreams, my humility, my skills, my abilities, and my determination. I then immediately set new and challenging goals for the rest of my life with one minimum constant - excellence.

I set about making my life the best it could be, and committed to (above all else), share the knowledge of how to do that with as many people, companies and organisations as possible. I now have the honour of guiding and supporting people and companies internationally to recognise, accept and achieve their full potential through Inspirational Seminars, Training, Coaching, Consultancy, and Keynote Speaking.

I may differ from many inspirational speakers because of my humorous observations of real-life experiences and anecdotes that both entertain and inform. I want to communicate with clarity my sheer enthusiasm for life and the limitless potential of human beings, is not only infectious, but quickly becomes the catalyst for change.  I have a powerful 'life changing' story to share with you that contains a clear and simple message:

"Don't ever settle for less than your capable of, because you'll always get less than you settled for. So, if you don't know what you're capable of - find out and then set about changing your life today - not tomorrow."
